Our curiosity got the better of us. A red pool! HAD TO BE SEEN.
The setting is captivating. The bar is jazzy and upbeat with a large artwork of a red, black and white doll face. The dining area although extremely casual does not underplay the quality of the food.
A James bond cocktail and a Shirley temple is the ultimate way to relax whilst enjoying the live music and the view of Chaweng beach.
Just look at this piece of artwork! A salad never looked so good. Crunchy elements of asparagus, seeds, nuts and vegetables combined with fresh salad leaves and goat’s cheese was pure bliss. It was ALMOST too pretty to eat!
We both just had to have the pork cutlet served with caramelised pear, mash, roasted vegies and jus. It was succulent, flavorsome and sophisticated. By far one of the best dishes I enjoyed in Thailand.
You can see why “The Library” is one of those lifetime experiences. It was a night that was most unexpected but full of fun and excitement. Anyone who appreciates modern art, architecture and a sense of adventure needs to visit Koh Samui’s beautiful attraction.
